FIGURE 1. (Below) The plating diagram indicates a dot at the lower end of the GUIDE DOT double vertical scribe lines. This mark is not clearly defined in the plating drawing and under magnification one gets a better idea of what is being shown. The violet arrows indicates a small dot of interest.

FIGURE 2. (Below) The plating diagram indicates heavy dash below the GUIDE DOT. This mark is not clearly represented in the plating drawing and under magnification one gets a better idea of what is being shown. It should be noted that this faint vertical line appears in other top row positions. The violet arrows indicates other interesting features. It also appears that the small dashes and the upper right ornaments have been misregistered or double transfers ever so slightly. This can be seen on more clearly on the later impression
of this position.
