Issued both imperforate (Scott 8A) and perforate (Scott 22).

Other plating notes:
1. Ornament A is unusually incomplete.
2. The strong blur above the top of the A of POSTAGE (below ornament W) is consistent. The origin is probably similar to the plating marks in the P and O of POSTAGE.
