Blue Type III, Relief B Issued both imperforate (Scott 8) and perforate (Scott 21). Plating Notes: Neinken illustrates this position on page 270, Fig 15-N. Long horizontal scratch can be seen in the head and on into the right margin protruding out from between Ornaments M/N.
