nd perforate (Scott 22-21).

TYPE CHANGELING, SWING POSITION
Early impressions of this position are Type IIIa. As the plate wears, a break in the bottom curved line develops, thus this position becomes a Type III as shown here.

Plating Notes: This patient was plated by the near-vertical scratch protruding above Ornament A on the next stamp (17L4) showing on the right. The blur in the lower portion in the N of CENT does not show on this example.
