On this copy, it appears to have worn away, which is typical of many plating marks from plate 4. The blue arrows are other marks of interest that are not shown in the published diagrams.

While not plating marks in the traditional sense, it is interesting to note that the Neinken plating diagrams have them drawn as shown and no other position from this row has this feature shown. This added piece of evidence can be useful if other features are obscured.
