| Blue, Type Va, Relief F Issued only perforated. Plate surface markings in the shoulder and margins similar to mottling. These have the appearance of burnt spots or a blotch of small blisters. These plate blisters are found in many positions on Plate 5 and are an immense help in confirming the position. This feature is only partially illustrated in the plating diagram. |
