| Figure 3. (Below) Horizontal band of blurring in the lower portion of the "C" of CENT. The violet arrows point out a fine plate scratch or scribe line cutting across Ornament H and into the "O" of ONE. This is not illustrated in the Neinken plating diagrams but has been confirmed as constant.
