"Eye curls" occur on Positions 3L7 to 10L7 and 1R7 to 3R7.

Figure 1. (Below) The famous "eye curl" first reported by the late Morris Fortgang. "Eye curls" occur on Positions 3L7 to 10L7 and 1R7 to 3R7. Wherever the eye curl occurs on a position, there is also a marking which looks like an inverted comma under the "T" in POSTAGE.
