1¢ Franklin Issue of 1857-1861, PLATE 8 Pos 66L8, (Scott #24) |
| Scott #24 Blue, Type V, Relief C Issued only Perforate. PART OF A STRIP OF 3, CONSISTING OF 66, 67, 68L8. This is an interesting position which requires further study and verification from other students of this issue. Neinken indicates that this position has no plating marks but clearly there are many marks of note that may be consistent. |
