| Scott #24 Blue, Type V, Relief E Issued only Perforate. This position is not shown in the plating diagrams and has been noted as not having any plating marks. It is hard to imagine Ashbrook and Neinken both missing these marks shown below, especially with access to a full unused left pane. But, upon close examination, this subject reveals many features which can aid in plating this position. |
