FIGURE 3. (Red arrows below) Small blurry dot of color as illustrated in the Neinken plating diagrams. Only the upper mark is shown in the Neinken plating diagram. The lower pimple-like mark is undoubtably a small plate flaw, similar to the flaw found on position 38L9. This flaw appears to vary in intensity, most likely due to the polishing action of plate wear.
